Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable. We understand that emergencies can happen; however, exceptions are made at the studio’s discretion. If we are able to fill your spot, a refund will be issued. By booking a class you confirm that: • You understand that yoga involves physical activity and carries risks of injury • You are in suitable physical condition to participate and will inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation • You release and hold harmless Zen Yoga Studio, its instructors, and staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct • You understand that classes are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment • You agree to practice within your own limits and take full responsibility for your safety • You consent to physical adjustments unless you inform the instructor otherwise This agreement is governed by the laws of Malta. By ticking “I accept Terms and Conditions,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept this waiver as a legally binding agreement.
