Service Description
The Aerial Playground is a dynamic and playful aerial yoga class designed for students who are ready to take their practice beyond the basics. Each class begins with a gentle stretch flow to warm up the body, followed by focused core work to build the strength and stability needed for safe inversions and transitions. From there, we explore fun tricks, creative transitions, and sometimes even partner work—ending with a choreographed sequence that blends strength, flow, and artistry. This is not a beginner class. Some prior aerial yoga experience is required, as we’ll be working with inversions, playful sequencing, and more challenging skills.

Please note: Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable. We understand that emergencies can happen; however, exceptions are made at the studio’s discretion. If we are able to fill your spot, a refund will be issued.
